Coming together as a team, let's take a moment to pause (10 secs), and let's begin with a quote from...
1 Chronicles 16:8 Oh give thanks to the LORD; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples!
and from
Robert McKee Essentially, a story expresses how and why life changes.
These quotes show the value of Pride in my work. Pride in my work is a great way to live Dignity, making it real in our lives today! So, as we reflect today, let's refresh our memories on the meaning of Dignity, and take a closer look at how Pride in my work brings it to life.
Dignity
Dignity means, Respect for the worth of every person, recognition and commitment to the value of diverse individuals and perspectives, and special concerns for the poor and underserved.
We know there are many ways to live with Dignity; so let's focus on just one, Pride in my work.
Pride In My Work
Pride in my work means, I understand expectations and I am willing to go above and beyond them for my team.
So, let's ask ourselves this question...
Do I believe in our mission and feel called to extend the healing ministry of Christ?
I'd like to invite us all to make Pride in my work a reality in our lives today by...
Sharing a heartfelt experience of the mission.
Pride in my work isn't new to CHRISTUS Health, in fact, we see this same type of Dignity in our heritage...
