At Christus Santa Rosa, an associate goes above and beyond to ensure that his work is beneficial to others. He always takes on new opportunities to assist employees when they are feeling overwhelmed and tries to take on tasks to alleviate others workload. He is especially good at stepping in to help when there is a crucial conversation needed on the phone.
Jesus, The work we do is not easy. We know that no one is perfect and we all have some difficult days. Show me the person that needs me to lighten their load by helping them finish a task today. Thank you for a team who works together and helps each other remain accountable to our goals. Amen.
