At Christus Southeast Texas, we have an associate that must make difficult decisions. She is responsible for a lot of "gray areas". She approaches everything with an open-mind, and includes others in her decision making and makes sure we work through important concerns that need to be addressed. She will always act and lead in accordance with what is ethical and legal. Everyone counts on her to find the right answers.
Holy Spirit, You know the heart of every person. Help me to listen and respect the input of others so that decisions are made for the good of each one. Give me an openness and help each person feel heard and included. Please unite us and show us the way forward. Amen
