Did you know that a doctor from CHRISTUS Santa Rosa, leans into difficult conversations? During recent surveys, a common concern voiced by the staff is the need for improved communication and dissemination of information to the night shift. She stepped up and offered to be the spokesperson for the nightshift, meeting with the director to gather and relay important information to the night shift team.
Dear Jesus, you had to face many people who did not understand you or who disagreed with you. We all have these moments throughout life, and I want to respond in a way that brings unity. Give me your gentleness and forgiving heart. I trust you will give me the words. Amen.
