These quotes show the value of cooperation. Cooperation is a great way to live Stewardship, making it real in our lives today! So, as we reflect today, let's refresh our memories on the meaning of Stewardship, and take a closer look at how cooperation brings it to life.

We know there are many ways to live Stewardship; so let's focus on just one, cooperation.
Cooperation
Cooperation means, I am willing to both help my team and ask for help from them when it is needed.
So, let's ask ourselves this question...

Cooperation isn't new to CHRISTUS Health, in fact, we see this same type of Stewardship in our heritage...
Did you know that an RN at CHRISTUS Shreveport, uses his gifts for the team? A clinical director once said of him, “I am beyond thankful to have him on this team. Everyone needs a nurse like this. He is always willing to teach new skills to co-workers and is patient in doing so. He stepped in very quickly and calmly educating me on how to take care of a Cath lab patient who had begun to have post op complications. It gave me a sense of calm in a stressful situation.
Heavenly Father, You have created us to live in communion with others. You have given each of us something unique and beautiful to bring to the workplace. Please help us appreciate our differences and look for ways to cooperate with each other.
