Christus Good Shepherd went through some big technology changes and we had an associate that lived the transition smoothly, and kept the office spirits up. She accepted the challenges head on, while leading the rest of us through the struggles and cheerfully teaching those who had a hard time. Her leadership was essential and helped all of us be our best.
Loving Father, You know everything about us and see the needs of each member of our team. Please give us the grace to offer ourselves to someone who may need our personal gifts.
