Courtesy isn't new to CHRISTUS Health, in fact, we see this same type of Stewardship in our heritage...
At Christus Good Shepherd, we have an associate that always holds herself accountable. If she tells a patient that she will give them an exercise printout before they leave, and forgets to give it to them, she will make sure they get a phone call and apologizes. She will then leave the exercise printouts at the front for the patients to pick up later. She does not give herself a pass or make excuses.
Father, You have created me for a great purpose and mission. You see me as your child and each person I meet is a brother or sister with the same dignity. Help me reflect your goodness and please you by showing common courtesy. Amen
