At Christus Shreveport Bossier an associate is always there to lift up someone when they are having a tough time. She leads the associate of the quarter and year process and is always there to celebrate our staff's accomplishments. While serving with her, you see the genuine love and respect she has for everyone. She takes the time to form true and lasting relationships.
Jesus, You have said that you want me to live a full life. My joy is a sure sign that I am seeing my coworkers as friends in the mission and as a sign of hope for those we serve. Those I work with are a gift to me and I pray that I can develop lasting friendships with them. Amen.
