At Christus Good Shepherd, we have an associate who wants nothing more than to learn and grow. She’s a part of the emerging leaders and mentorship program that Christus offers. She always brags about the programs so others who are interested might look into them. She takes what she learns and applies it to her work. She is always open to new ideas and suggestions, and appreciates learning from everyone.
