Integrity means, Honesty, justice, and consistency in all relationships.
We know there are many ways to live Integrity; so let's focus on just one, truthfulness.
Truthfulness
Truthfulness means, I am honest in order to build trust in my relationships with others.

Did you know that in 1932, the United States Public Health Service began a study of the natural progression of untreated syphilis in African American men in Tuskegee, Alabama? The men were not told that they had syphilis, and they were not given any treatment for the disease. The study continued for 40 years, even after penicillin was discovered as an effective treatment for syphilis. This study was a major breach of medical ethics, and it is a reminder of the importance of honesty and integrity in healthcare for the genuine service of others.
