At Christus Santa Rosa, our Chaplain is the best support imaginable. One time he responded to a plea of a family who had not been able to get ahold of their elderly father for days. He went to his home, found him on the floor and stayed with him until medical help arrived. This family credits him with saving their father's life.
Father, You have taught us that a true friend is reliable. Thank you for the times you have given me a friend when I needed support. Give me the humility to appreciate them and thank them. I pray I can become a reliable friend and make a difference in someone's life. Amen
