Resilience isn't new to CHRISTUS Health, in fact, we see this same type of Stewardship in our heritage...
Did you know that a Facilities Manager at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa, responded with resilience to an unexpected change? The cardiac rehabilitation department was in the process of replacing three treadmills. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the new treadmills could not be delivered for several months. The current treadmills were at end of life and no parts were available. He managed to find used parts and repaired or replaced parts, as necessary. There was minimal to no disruption in our day-to-day workflow.
Dear Jesus, when the unexpected storms come, you are there. You bring the calm we need to be able to work well together and persevere in our mission. Help each of us remember to go to you for that peace and then strengthen each other. Amen.
