Did you know that a Medical Director in CHRISTUS Sinergia, recently demonstrated excellent communication? She managed a very difficult conversation with delicacy and dignity. She had an associate who was unmatched clinical brilliance, however, he did not live the values and had been causing termoil within the team for too long. Despite his expertise, she decided remove the associate from the clinic in favor of better morale and values alignment.
Heavenly Father, You made us for each other. Help us work through disagreements with charity by recognizing the good in each other and finding common ground on which to build. Give us a strong desire to agree on whatever is essential in living our mission to extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ. Amen.
