At Christus Santa Rosa, an excellent teacher saw a student contaminate the sterile field. She kindly explained how this had happened and reminded him that everyone makes mistakes. She taught him about having a surgical conscience and what to do when something becomes contaminated. This associate knows how to teach with humility and kindness.
Dear Lord, Thank you for the skills I have been able to learn and I want to use them for the good of others. Please give me an opportunity to teach someone a skill that could empower them and give them the confidence they need to succeed. Amen.
