She is known for recognizing specific talents in individuals others have not seen, and she seeks to support those individuals in becoming leaders. She has help associates develop and succeed when other leaders had not considered them.
Jesus, Encourage our hearts and strengthen us for the road ahead. Thank you in advance for those who will gave us honest feedback about our work. We want to embrace any changes that are needed to help us grow in our ability to serve well. Amen.
