At Christus Santa Rosa, the Child Life Specialist is a role model in our department. She has very strong written and oral communication skills and teaches all of our new hires how to chart effectively. This year this associate served as a mentor for a new hire and asked to extend the time with her because she valued their time together.
Jesus, You have said that I need to treat others as I want to be treated. Help me see each person as a brother or sister who deserves my respect. Give me the grace to be just and treat each one fairly. All people deserve the best I can give. Amen.
