Coming together as a team, let's take a moment to pause (10 secs), and let's begin with a quote from...
Hebrews 13:2- "Do not neglect hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it."
And from..
St. Catherine of Siena- "Wisdom is so kind and wise that wherever you may look, you can learn something about God."
These quotes show the value of Embracing Change . Embracing Change is a great way to live Compassion, making it real in our lives today! So, as we reflect today, let's refresh our memories on the meaning of Compassion, and take a closer look at how Embracing Change brings it to life.

Seeking an unexpected lesson in every interaction.
Embracing Change isn't new to CHRISTUS Health, in fact, we see this same type of Compassion in our heritage...
Did you know that many patients find comfort in our language access services? Often times these associates take the time to learn about the patient's culture and beliefs. This helps the patient feel welcomed. Sharing information in their native laguage gives them comfort and also gives the care team a better understanding of their needs.
